Canterbury Automobilists and Avid Group, in conjunction with Addington Raceway and supported by a wonderful team of volunteers from Westpac NZ Ltd, hosted The Ultimate Car Show – showcasing a breathtaking array of classics, supercars and performance vehicles, and fundraising over $10,000 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
The event coincided with Addington Raceway’s annual Harness Grand Prix, making for an action-packed day of entertainment for the thousands of spectators who turned out on a rather chilly December day. The Canterbury Automobilists and Avid Group have been long-time Community partners, raising over $28k for the air rescue and air ambulance services to date. We are proud to display their livery on Christchurch’s Airbus H145 Westpac Rescue Helicopter in recognition of their strong support. Thank you team!
