We are very fortunate to have passionate supporters for our cause, and non-more so than our Board and Ambassadors, who helped host a thank you function this week.

With more than 1042 missions under their belt in the year to 30 June 2024, equating to an increase of more than 10 percent, we are now heading into the season of the great outdoors, which means a very busy time for the crew, operation 24/7, 365 days of the year.

As we reflected on the year that was, the crew gave thanks to donors, whose support ensured the purchase of life-saving equipment, helped with new IFR routes and helipads and enabled the crew to attend the annual aeromedical conference, which was held in the Garden City. This was a fabulous opportunity for collaboration and learning as hundreds in the field came together with the same goal, to provide a worldclass service in their region.

Another big reason to celebrate was the game-changing gift from the J.I. Urquhart Family Trust of $500,000, helping us secure new opportunities for 2025.

From the crew and the Trust, thank you for helping us achieve our goal of saving more lives in the hopes of the best possible outcomes for patients. Wishing you a safe and happy festive season.
