Westpac Chopper Appeal

May is our busiest time of year as we support the Westpac Chopper Appeal, and the Trust team were out and about shaking buckets and engaging with the community at Merivale Mall for Street Appeal. We’re very grateful for the long-standing support of Westpac, and through so much community generosity Westpac hit their $1 million target during the month of May for the first time, which is fantastic. These funds are vital to help support all of NZ’s 15 rescue helicopter trusts.

As a follow on from The Westpac Chopper Appeal the local Canterbury Westpac team are hosting an event “Westpac Chopper Gala and Charity Auction – a night out to save lives.  Guests from the business community will be supporting this event, which is held on 11th August at Christchurch Town Hall. We thank Westpac and all the local business who are supporting us.
