Midland District Freemasons Support

Midland Masonic Choir Event

I attended the Midland Masonic Choir Charity concert on Sat 9th November – what a fantastic evening. The masonic choir entertained us with some true classics which were interspersed with some of the winners of the Masonic Music Scholarships from schools in the area. There are some very talented young musicians who performed with such confidence.
As the concert drew to a close Paul Johnstone called me to the stage to talk about our Instrument Flight Rules Project which will enable the Westpac Rescue Helicopter to fly in lower cloud and help the crew save more lives. Expecting a donation from the concert and raffle ticket sales I was blown away when the Midland District Freemasons made a very significant commitment to the project- more news to follow.
Thank you to Paul, Berry and the all of the team.
Christine Prince – CEO Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust
