03.11.11	Called out to the Waimakariri Golf Course where a 78 year old male had collapsed. He was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
03.11.11	Called out to the Waimakariri River where a jet-skier had sustained a back injury and was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
03.11.11	Called out to Rotherham to uplift a seven year old boy with septicaemia.
04.11.11	Called out to Castle Hill to a motor vehicle accident. A 75 year old male had sustained chest injuries and was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
05.11.11	Called out to Cheviot where a 57 year old male had a serious medical condition. He was not transported to Hospital.
06.11.11	Called out to the Waimakariri River to a motocross accident. A 16 year old female had sustained a back injury and was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
06.11.11	Called out to Port Levy where a two year old boy had fallen. He had injuries to his leg and was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
15.11.11	Called out to Darfield to an accident at a milk factory where a 43 year old male had injured his forearm. He was flown to Christchurch Hospital.

15.11.11	Called out to Loburn where a 13 year old female had fallen from a horse sustaining a back injury. She was flown to Christchurch Hospital.

18.11.11	Called out to Arthurs Pass to a car roll accident on the West Coast Road. A 58 year old male was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
19.11.11	Called out to Ohoka to a horse riding accident where a 24 year old female had been thrown. She had sustained abdominal injuries and was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
20.11.11	Called out to Rakaia where a 61 year old male had fallen from a ladder. He was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
22.11.11	Called out to Mt Somers to uplift a 66 year old male who had fallen and sustained a hip injury. He was winched onboard and flown to Christchurch Hospital.
