02.12.11Called out to Methven to where a 13 year old youth had sustained a leg injury. He was flown to Christchurch Hospital.

04.12.11Called out to Takamatua where a 60 year old male had fallen off a balcony. He had sustained a neck injury and was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
