02.10.11	Called out to Rakaia where a 25 year old female had fallen from a horse and sustained a spinal injury. She was flown to Christchurch Hospital.

05.10.11	Called out to Ashley River to a horse riding accident involving a 17 year old female. She was flown to Christchurch Hospital.
06.10.11	Called out to Fairlie to a motor vehicle accident. Two patients were transported to Christchurch Hospital, one a 25 year old male with chest injuries and the other was a 61 year old female with lacerations.

09.10.11	Called out to the Greta Valley where a car had rolled off the road. A 64 year old male had sustained leg injuries and was winched on board the Rescue Helicopter and flown to Christchurch Hospital.
